Usually, the faucets are not attached to the sink but are attached in the wall. If the faucet comes in the way of removing the sink, then it will have to be temporarily removed, using a pipe wrench, after you have disconnected the water supply line. If the faucet is attached to the sink, then it will have to be removed and reattached to the new one. In that case, attach the faucet before you put the sink in place.
Wow! One fine day you get up, go to the kitchen in the morning and you get a wet feeling near the sink. You look down and there is a mini lake ( okay sorry for the exaggeration!), no mini puddle at your feet. You investigate and the last thing you want to know is that your kitchen sink is leaking. No way! Perhaps it is because of the wear and tear of the drainage system. What have we got then ? You have 2 options - either fix it yourself or call a person who is an expert in plumbing work. Personally, I would say that try to do it yourself, it will be fun and you would also prevent your pockets from getting lighter. So what do you say? Do we fix this kitchen sink leak, because it is a major part of kitchen cleaning!
One of the best ways to breathe life into a room is to change one element and make it grander than the rest. Take for example, in the living room, paying attention to the placement of the seating arrangement or the center table, for that matter, could easily make it the focal point of interest. Similarly, replacing a frequently used element in the kitchen is sure to grab attention. While the options in hand are too many, you could start with the kitchen sink.
