The rubber washer of the faucet should be checked as well--if it is worn out or damaged, then it needs to be replaced. Most of the models have limited lifetime warranty, especially for their finishing and parts. If you have any part that requires repairing, first take a note of the model number. Most probably, you will get the parts at a retail store, or you can directly place an order with the company.
Check if the cartridge is damaged or is attacked by mildew. Consider cleaning the cartridge under running water. If the damage is irreversible may be you will need to replace the entire unit.
